Here at Park Springs, we look forward to working with you to make sure your time here is an experience you will never forget! Your event will be placed on our calendar upon receipt of the RESERVATION FORM and deposit. Upon receipt of the reservation form, the camp office will email an invoice confirming details for your retreat and deposit requirement. If your reservation form and deposit are not received within the two weeks of your inquiry, our facilities then become available to other groups for their use. Deposit requirements are as follows. If your retreat costs are less than $1000, a $500 deposit will be required. Anything over $1000, the deposit requirement will be $1000. A portion of that amount is refundable up until 2 1/2 weeks prior to your Retreat. At that time, a final number will be required. That count will be the minimum that your retreat costs will be based upon. A final invoice will be sent the week prior to your event with the balance due upon arrival. If you cancel your Retreat within that time, $150 of your deposit is refundable.


We ask that anyone attending your retreat sign a liability waiver. A copy can be viewed here. We will be sending a link to sign a copy online once your retreat is booked. We thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellations MUST be 60 days prior to Retreat date to receive a full refund. If retreat is cancelled less than 60 days before the retreat, a 50% deposit will be forfeited. 

If you cancel within 2 1/2 weeks of your Retreat, $150 of your deposit is refundable.


Covid-19 Policy


Sanitation and cleanliness has always been a priority at Park Springs. All facilities will be cleaned and sanitized upon your arrival. We ask that you have  a plan in place to maintain sanitization and observe health guidelines during your retreat; things such as monitoring temperature and health questionnaires. Hand sanitizer, bleach and masks are available for incidental use but we ask that you supply your own for your use during your time with us. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!

To keep food costs low, we cannot offer dietary options, i.e. gluten free, diet food or food allergies.


Please speak to our administrative assistant for any questions concerning food.
