Here at Park Springs, we look forward to working with you to make sure your time here is an experience you will never forget! Your event will be placed on our calendar upon receipt of the RESERVATION FORM and proper deposit. Your confirmation will be a letter from the camp office confirming details for your retreat. If you have called and spoken to Park Springs staff and have requested a particular date, this request will be dated and placed on our calendar as tentative for two weeks after initial contact. If your reservation form and deposit are not received within the two weeks of your inquiry, our facilities then become available to other groups for their use. 


The best way to guarantee your date on the calendar is to return the RESERVATION FORM downloadable HERE and appropriate deposit. 

At the time of your event, the reservation deposit will be deducted from your retreat invoice, which is to be paid in full at the time of your retreat. 



Deposit for overnight stays:

$250 for supporting member churches

$700 for non-supporting churches/groups


Deposit for Day Use events:

$100

LODGING:

One nights lodging: 

$200/Cabin (each cabin sleeps 14)

$550 for one side of the Retreat Center (sleeps 36)

$700 for one side of the Retreat Center (sleeps 36) plus Assembly Room Area

$1150 for entire Retreat Center (sleeps 72)

Additional Night's Lodging:

$120/cabin each additional night

$350 one side of the Retreat Center each additional night

$450 one side of the Retreat Center plus Assembly Room each additional night

$700 entire Retreat Center each additional night


DAY USE:

The rate is $5 per person with a 25 person minimum cost. (You many have less than 25 people, however the cost shall not be lower than $125.) A Reservation deposit of $100 is needed to schedule your event on our calendar. 


CHALLENGE COURSE, CLIMBING TOWER and ZIP LINE:

Climb only:

$175 -up to 2 hours and 20 people

$300-up to 4 hours and 40 people

$450 up to 8 hoursand 80 people


Climb and zip line:

$300 up to 2 hours and 20 people

$450 up to 4 hours and 40 people

$800 up to 8 hours and 80 people


Challenge course:

1 hour-$25/group

2 hour-$45/group

3 hour-60/group


MEAL OPTIONS:

Meals range from light to gourmet with pricing ranging from $4/person to $9/person. Please call for more detals.


The commercial camp kitchen is NOT AVAILABLE TO RENT under any circumstances.
